We offer several technical consulting services including data conversion, existing tools customization, and building new tools to suit your needs.

Tool Customization

We also customize our tools to fit a unique workflow or special needs. For example, the IIF Creator might be almost what you need, but you need it to read a slightly different data layout produced by another application. Instead of modifying your data over and over, it is often cost effective to purchase a custom version of the tool that suits your needs.

Tool customization is usually completed on a bid basis so you’ll know your costs going in. Additionally, the work is guaranteed to perform according to your requirements. Depending on the scope of the work, customization projects typically run from $500 - $1500. This fee includes custom written instructions and free bug fixes for at least 90 days.

Hourly consulting services

We offer time-based consulting services in the advanced usage of Excel, QuickBooks, & the creation of IIF and QIF import/export files, as well as instruction for converting & manipulating data, typically using Excel. Our rate is $100 per hour for these services, which are provided prepaid.
