The XL Email Manager sends individual text & html email to multiple addresses based on data in Excel worksheets. Use it to create saved email templates with mail-merge fields, which allow you to customize each email.

To get started you need just is a list of email addresses on a worksheet & the text or HTML of your email. Since Excel can open many types of text files, this gives you nearly unlimited integration possibilities with other applications.

This tool works within Excel 97 - 2007 for Windows & integrates directly with your POP3/SMTP or Exchange email server. For example, it will work with Gmail, AOL, SBC, and Yahoo accounts (and many others.)
