The XL Email Manager sends individual email to multiple addresses based on data in Excel worksheets. It supports both plain text and HTML mail.

To get started, all you need is a list of email addresses on a worksheet & the text or HTML of the email you want to send.

This tool works within Excel 97 - 2010 for Windows. It integrates directly with your POP3/SMTP or Exchange email server or directly with Outlook. For example, it will work with Gmail, AOL, SBC, and Yahoo accounts (and many others.)

This screenshot shows the text version of the email. You can import a text or HTML file into this tab. If you import HTML, it is automatically cleaned up leaving only the text portions of the file. You can also import an HTML file into a similar control on the HTML email body tab:
