Spam blockers are the most common reason key codes
aren’t received via email. If you have a junk email folder, check it for
our confirmation email.
Also, make sure you can receive email from orderconfirmation@bigredconsulting.com. If you add this email to your
spam-blocker’s white list or to your address book, then in most cases
delivery will not be blocked.

Credits & Returns
|
Generally, we offer returns
for 30 days if the tool does not perform as described on our site or in the
tool’s documentation. Returns may be charged a $10 handling fee per
purchased copy of our tools.
Note that all of our
tools come with a pre-purchase trial which allows the purchaser to confirm
that the tool will work for the intended purpose.
If you do encounter
problems with a tool before or after purchase, please first send a request
for help using the links above or directly to customersupport@bigredconsulting.com.
Our goal is that you have a problem-free experience using our tools &
we will work with you to get the tool working for your use case. When
needed, we can often create fixes to help resolve difficulties.
