If you did not receive your key code.

Spam blockers are the most common reason key codes are not received. If it has been more than a day or two since your order, and you have not received your receipt, check your junk email folder for our confirmation email.

Also, make sure you can receive email from customersupport@bigredconsulting.com. It may help to you add this email address to your spam-blocker’s white list or to your address book.

Credits & Returns

Generally, we offer returns for 30 days if the tool purchased does not perform as described on our site or in the tool’s documentation, and if you have attempted to work with support to resolve the situation. Returns may be charged a $10 handling fee.

 

Note that our tools each offer a pre-purchase trial period which allows the customer to confirm that the tool works for their intended purpose and in their environment. Please take advantage if the trial period.

Our goal is that you have a problem-free experience using our tools & we will work with you to get the tool working for your use case. When needed, we can often create fixes to resolve difficulties or offer other advice to resolve the situation.
