We handle product questions only by email. Note that each tool contains documentation that describes the tool’s capabilities & answers common questions. If the documentation doesn’t answer your questions, please ask and we’ll help via email. Also, see Frequent Questions.

Spam blockers are the most common reason key codes aren’t received via email. If you have a junk email folder, check it for our confirmation email.

Also, make sure you can receive email from orderconfirmation@bigredconsulting.com.  If you add this email to your spam-blocker’s white list or to your address book, then in most cases delivery will not be blocked.

Credits & Returns

Generally, we offer returns for 30 days if the tool does not perform as described on our site or in the tool’s documentation. Returns may be charged a $10 handling fee per purchased copy of our tools.

 

Note that all of our tools come with a pre-purchase trial which allows the purchaser to confirm that the tool will work for the intended purpose.

 

If you do encounter problems with a tool before or after purchase, please first send a request for help using the links above or directly to customersupport@bigredconsulting.com. Our goal is that you have a problem-free experience using our tools & we will work with you to get the tool working for your use case. When needed, we can often create fixes to help resolve difficulties.
