Move from Peachtree to QuickBooks in a few easy steps.

Our Peachtree to QuickBooks conversion service accurately converts key Peachtree lists & opening balances from your Peachtree file to a new QuickBooks company file. With this service, you can quickly move from Peachtree to QuickBooks without tedious & error-prone manual data entry.

With an appointment, we can convert your data within two days & return it to you. We use a browser-based upload for your current Peachtree backup file, and return your new QuickBooks file to you via email.

To keeps your costs down, most of this process is handled via email, including the initial consultation, scheduling of a conversion timeslot, & the return of your converted data file to you, complete with a conversion report document.

What is converted?

Generally, your key lists & their opening balances are converted. Within each list most “mapable” fields (where both Peachtree & QuickBooks use the same data) are converted. Additionally, our process reformats your addresses from Peachtree’s fields-level address to QuickBooks 5-line address format.

For Employees, the name, address, SSN, and several other fields are converted, but not the payroll setup because QuickBooks will not import most employee payroll fields.

Peachtree supported versions

Any version of Peachtree accounting software that can be upgraded to Peachtree Complete 2003 or Peachtree Premium 2005. Basically, this means any version where your backup consists of a *.PDB file.

Service Options & Fees

Compared to other companies that offer this service, our fees are low and simple to understand:

Standard conversion: $499: We convert your file & return a QuickBooks company file to you within two business days via email.

Weekend service: $599: We convert your file & return a QuickBooks company file to you over a weekend. If we receive your file by Friday evening we’ll convert it and return to you by Sunday evening.

Steps to complete the conversion service

1. Schedule an appointment or ask questions by sending an email to convertPT@bigredconsulting.com. After we agree on a day for conversion, we’ll create an account for you to upload your company file.

2. Prepay for the service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express using our online order form. Click here to prepay. You’ll need to enter one of the rates above, based on your scheduled conversion time.

3. Upload your Peachtree backup *.PTB file. Click here for the upload form (you’ll need your account login & password, which we will send via email.)

4. Confirm your successful file upload via email by sending an email to convertPT@bigredconsulting.com

5. We’ll return the completed file to you in email
