Download and then run the setup program.
A.
Click the Download link under #1 above B.

C.
You can either run the file or
save it. If you save it, you’ll have a local copy of the installer. D.
When saving, you’ll be asked
for a location for the .exe file. You can save it anywhere, though we
recommend something like C:\Temp\ E.
You’ll see a downloading
progress dialog like this:
F.
Then, you’ll see a prompt that
includes a Run button. Press Run. G.
At this point, you’ll be
running the installer. Be sure to review and (optionally) print the read-me
information for steps to load the Add-in into Excel after the installer runs. Option 2. Download
a ZIP file containing the Add-in and other included files. Mac users, use
this option.
Windows XP Instructions: A.
Download the zip file using the link above in section #2 B.
Depending on your browser, you’ll get a message like this:
C.
Choose the option to save the
file. D.
When saving, you’ll be asked
for a location for the .exe file. You can save it anywhere, though we recommend
something like C:\Temp\ E.
You’ll see a downloading
progress dialog like this:
F.
When the Zip file opens, choose File | Extract All and follow the
wizard instructions to create a new folder containing the required files.
Create the folder in a place that you’ll keep the tool long-term, such as a
folder under C:\Program Files\. We recommend that you do NOT use your
desktop as the folder. The desktop can
have a very long filename and Excel can have problems trying to access the
add-in from the desktop. G.
Review the Documentation for steps to load the tool into Excel. |
