Key Replacement Request

We issue free replacement keys for three months after your purchase.

After this period, replacement keys can be requested for a $10 fee.

Notes:

- If you just purchased and have not yet received your receipt and key, please wait at least a day for your receipt email. Use the temp key you received during the purchase process for up to a week.

- If you purchased more than a day ago, and have not received your receipt and key via email, check your spam folder for an email from us. If you do not see your receipt and key, please send us a support request by starting here.

- If you purchased via PayPal or Google Checkout and have not received your key, be sure to check the email account associated with that service.
