We
issue free replacement keys 90 days after purchase (up to a year if purchased before
5/1/2009.)
After
this period, replacement keys can be requested for a $10 fee.

Notes: -
If you just purchased and have not
yet received your receipt and key, please wait at least a day for your
receipt email. Use the temp key you received during the purchase process for
up to a week. -
If you purchased more than a day or two ago, and have never received your
emailed receipt, check your email spam folder for an email from us. -
If you purchased via PayPal or Google Checkout and have not received your key,
be sure to check the email account associated with that service. |
