Key Replacement Request – Purchase within the last year

We issue free replacement keys for up to one year from purchase. After one year, replacement keys are provided for a fee of $10.

If the email you used for purchase is no longer valid, use your current email address in the “Purchase email” field and your old email address in an alternate email address field.
