Each product
has a free trial which you can start by downloading and installing. ·
If you have purchased
an older version of a product, you may download the newer version for a free upgrade. ·
To check the
current version of one of our products, choose About & Purchase from its
custom menu in Excel. ·
After downloading
the update, be sure to check the current version again to make sure you
actually loaded the update (excel can be a little tricky and cache the old
version.) Upgrade
Instructions Windows/Installer:
Download and then re-run the
installer. Be sure to install the new product release in the same location as
you installed the previous one, which will be the default when running the
installer. When you start Excel, the new version should then load
automatically. Check using the About & Purchase dialog to confirm. Mac: 1) Unload the current addin from Excel using the
Addins dialog. 2) Use the Mac download option on the download page for your
product and replace the addin on your local drive with the new one. 3) Reload
the addin by selecting it from the Addins dialog using the Select button then
navigating to the place you copied it, and then selecting it.
