for QuickBooks
Getting data into and
out of QuickBooks can be daunting. Our
tools can make it easy. We have
several different special-purpose tools to help you get key data into and out
of QuickBooks. These tools can save
you hours and hours of dime doing double-data-entry and at the same time help
you create more accurate records of your business. IIF Transaction CreatorUse
this tool to convert Excel spreadsheets or CSV files to the IIF format for
import into QuickBooks. It will create IIF files with multiple transaction
types, any needed new list entries (like new customer names), and integrates
with your company file by reading your list data. You can also use it to
enter data directly in Excel and then send that data to IIF for import into
QuickBooks. more... BRC Batch InvoicerUse
this tool to create many identical (or nearly identical) invoices for many
customers. For example, create
invoices for annual dues. more... PayPal to QuickBooks LinkWhile
PayPal has IIF export as an option, our tool offers a richer integration with
QuickBooks, supporting several different import options. You can import your
PayPal receipts as Invoices, Sales Receipts, or as Payments for existing
Invoices you may have already entered. The tool supports PayPal shopping cart
detail data and both QuickBooks Data LinkThis
is our first QuickBooks QDK-based tool. It pulls your QuickBooks lists and
transaction detail (General Ledger data) out of QuickBooks with a few clicks
and then saves the data in an Excel workbook. The workbook contains several
different worksheets, each with a different type of data. Your data is also stored in-memory while
the tool is loaded and is available to you by using custom formulas provided
by the tool. From
this data you can then create custom reports or use the built-in reports. The
tool also includes instructions for creating an ODBC source from the
extracted data, so you can Query the data with SQL, either from Excel using
MS Query (free with Excel) or from any other SQL application on your system,
such as MS Access. more... List ImporterThis
tool is similar to the Transaction Creator, but geared toward helping you
import your lists (things like Customers, Vendors, Items, and many other list
types.) It’s great for importing your lists to get started with QuickBooks
and even supports opening balances for Accounts, Customers & Vendors, and
Items. more... QIF to IIF ConverterIf
you have a QIF file you want to import into QuickBooks, this is the tool. It
will convert your QIF file into an IIF file, and even allow you to review and
change the data in Excel during the process. more... XL Timesheet for QuickBooksThis
tool creates Excel based timesheets that integrate with your QuickBooks data.
They can be used by a time administrator or distributed to employees as
individual Workbooks. Once completed, you can merge several timesheets into
one IIF file for import into QuickBooks. You can even create customized timesheets
from the included timesheet templates. more... Transaction & List CopierThis
tool helps you move transactions & list data from one QuickBooks file to
another via IIF. Using it, you can export your transactions from QuickBooks
to Excel, and then create from them an IIF file you can import into another
file. It’s especially useful for collaboration between an accountant and
client, or to support use of a QuickBooks file “in the field” for remote data
entry and later integration/merge with the main-office file. more... QIF to OFX ConverterConvert
your QIF files to OFX files for bank reconciliation in QuickBooks. The QIF to
IIF Converter (above) is great for importing new transactions, but this tool
will help you with reconciliations of existing transactions or entering new banking data. The OFX
(*.QBO) files it creates can be imported into QuickBooks and then matched up
with exiting transactions. more... |
